Chamber Banquet Saturday, April 9

The Crosbyton Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture Banquet will be held at the Crosby County Pioneer Memorial Museum on Saturday, April 9.  The doors of the museum will open at 5:30 p.m. and the meal will be served at 6:00 p.m.   Tickets are $20.00 paid at the door.  You can reserve a ticket by calling the Chamber at 806-675-2261.

Join us as we honor four Crosbyton Citizens who have an Enduring Heart for Crosbyton.  The group includes:

Jim Justus for his years of service to keep the citizens of Crosbyton and Crosby County safe.

Heidi Hays for her enduring love for Crosbyton as a council member and her compassion.

Dan Hoots for his enduring heart for students of Crosbyton CISD.

Goodwin Hale for his resilient and enduring heart against all odds.

Join us as we honor these four and for the presentation of a Masonic Community Builder Award.

Also join us for two award winning presentations given by Crosbyton CISD Students Avory Isaac, and the Water Conservation Team of Noah Rubalcado, Sean Gonzales, Hunter Silva, and Tyriece Mooring.

TRUCKIN’ ALONG U.S. ROUTE 62/82 YARD SALE

Five communities east of Lubbock on Highway 62/82 have joined together for Truckin’ along U.S. Route 62/82 Yard Sales.  Join us on Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. by traveling east from Lubbock through the communities of Idalou, Lorenzo, Ralls, Crosbyton, and Dickens.  Watch for vintage markets, yard sales, farmer’s markets, and check for stops on the rural stretches of Highway 62/82 as you travel.  Stop in communities to shop for bargains at the markets, yard sales, and shops that you might never get to visit without this special event.  Maps of sale location will be available in each community.  Don’t forget to try out local restaurants, BBQ places, burger joints, food vendors, parks, historic sights, and museums on the way.  Meet the friendly folks along the route as you have a Junkin’ Good Time on Saturday, October 24, 2014.
