Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant

The Crosbyton Chamber of Commerce welcomed Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant to Crosbyton with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, April 9, 2015.   The restaurant owners are Erica and Jesse Campuzano.  Erica would like to invite all of Crosby County to dine with them.  Vaqueros is located at 806W. Main St. in Crosbyton; and will be serving Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Their breakfast menu includes breakfast burritos, and six choices of breakfast plates.  There are hamburgers, salads, and chicken fried steak.  However, Erica says her specialty is Mexican Food with the taste from her home city of San Antonio.  Call in orders to (806)-675-0029.  And don’t forget to ask about the desserts at Vaqueros.
